Fundraising With Sara's Sweets

Are you looking for help raising money for your school (PTA, school programs, extra curricular activities), sports team (new uniforms, travel expenses), trip (school trip, missions trip), medical expenses (benefits), etc… your request would be considered fundraising!

Sara’s Sweets cupcake & cookie dough fundraisers are a great way for schools, sports teams, churches, and non-profit organizations to raise money quickly and easily. Our fundraising program is intended for groups who want a high profit for a short 3-week sales period. Each group receives FREE sales brochures and order forms, and product is delivered on the scheduled delivery date.

A determined group of people can quickly raise anywhere from $500-$5000 (or more) in just a few focused weeks. For each 6-pack of cupcakes or 1-lb of cookie ordered, your organization will receive $5 profit. If you have a group of 30 people selling, and they each sell just 10 items, that is $1500 raised for your organization!



Get on the calendar!

Our staff will work with you to set dates for kick-off, order deadlines, and a delivery date for your group order. Typically, you will have 3 weeks to solicit orders, and then product will be delivered on a set date 2 weeks after the orders are turned in.

Distribute sales brochures and order forms and SELL YOUR HEARTS OUT!

During the 3-week sales period, solicit orders from all your family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors. The more product you sell, the more money your organization earns!
 

Collect money as you take orders.

Each seller will collect money as the orders are gathered, with checks payable to the organization. At the end of the selling period, all orders will be tallied and turned into Sara’s Sweets. Within a few days, you will receive an invoice for the balanced owed. (The wholesale fundraising rate is $10 per 6-pack and $8 per pound of cookie dough.) The remaining money from the fundraiser is kept by the organization! (That’s a profit of $5 for each 6-pack and $5 for each pound of cookie dough!)
 
 
 

Product is delivered on the scheduled delivery date.

Many groups use a school gym or other large weather-protected space for delivery.

Your organization volunteers pick up the product and sort it for the sellers to pick up.

A well-organized and promoted delivery day helps ensure that all sellers remember to pick up their product on delivery day. Sellers will then distribute the product to their recipients. Cupcakes and cookie dough will be delivered in airtight plastic packs, which are easily stored in the freezer if not consumed right away.
